Allah (God) has clearly defined the code of conduct, that every Muslim has to follow, through the Qur-an and the Sunnah (Traditions) of His last Rasul (Messenger) Muhammadصلى الله عليه وسلم.
Each and every aspect of life is clearly defined by these two sources.
Good and evil is also clearly defined alongwith the rewards and punishments for following them.
Allah (God) has also made it clear that each person would be responsible for his/her own deeds and would be rewarded and punished accordingly.
And no bearer of burdens shall bear another's burden, and if one heavily laden calls another to (bear) his load, nothing of it will be lifted even though he be near of kin. You (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) can warn only those who fear their Lord unseen, and perform As-Salat (IqamatasSalat). And he who purifies himself (from all kinds of sins), Then he purifies Only for the benefit of his ownself. And to Allah is the (Final) return (of all).
Surah (Chapter) Fatir (The Originitor of Creation) 35:18
Getting the Message of Allah (God) across is a responsibility of every Muslim.
Parents have the obligation to guide their children towards the True Path - the Qur-an and the Sunnah (Traditions of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم); and they would not be responsible for the misdeeds of their children and vice-versa.
All of us have a responsibility to take the Message of Allah (God) to our friends, neighbors and the world at large.
