Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم authored the Qur-an

Obeying the last Messenger of Allah, Muhammad

The Holy Qur-an has defined clearly that a Muslim has to obey the Commands of Allah as well as the last Messenger of Allah, Muhammad

There are several Ayat (Verses) in the Qur-an that clearly mention that if someone does not obey either Allah (God) or His last Messenger, Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم; their abode is only Hell.

This is because they defied and disobeyed Allah and His Messenger. And whoever defies and disobeys Allah and His Messenger, then verily, Allah is Severe in punishment.
Surah (Chapter) al-Anfal (The Spoils of War) 8:13

Similar warnings are given in various Ahadith (Sayings of Muhammad

Narrated Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه : Allah's Apostle صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "Whoever obeys me, obeys Allah, and whoever disobeys me, disobeys Allah, and whoever obeys the ruler I appoint, obeys me, and whoever disobeys him, disobeys me."
Bukhari, Book 89, Hadith 251

No one else but, only the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم would be able to intercede on the Day of Judgment; that too only for those who had obeyed the Commands of Allah (God) as delivered to them by him.

Narrated Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه: The Prophet  صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "(On the Day of Resurrection) camels will come to their owner in the best state of health they have ever had (in the world), and if he had not paid their Zakat (in the world) then they would tread him with their feet; and similarly, sheep will come to their owner in the best state of health they have ever had in the world, and if he had not paid their Zakat, then they would tread him with their hooves and would butt him with their horns." The Prophet added, "One of their rights is that they should be milked while water is kept in front of them." The Prophet added, "I do not want anyone of you to come to me on the Day of Resurrection, carrying over his neck a sheep that will be bleating. Such a person will (then) say, 'O Muhammad  صلى الله عليه وسلم ! (Please intercede for me,) I will say to him. 'I can't help you, for I conveyed Allah's Message to you.' Similarly, I do not want anyone of you to come to me carrying over his neck a camel that will be grunting. Such a person (then) will say "O Muhammad  صلى الله عليه وسلم ! (Please intercede for me)." I will say to him, "I can't help you for I conveyed
Allah's message to you."
Bukhari, Book 24, Hadith 485
